THE PROCESS OF RUG SERVICING

When you place your rugs into our hands this is what will happen to them whilst with us:

WE WASH YOUR RUGS IN A COMMERCIAL PROGRAMMABLE WASHING MACHINE IN AN EXTRA LARGE DRUM TO ENSURE THE RUG CAN MOVE FREELY AND ALL DEBRIS AND DEPOSITS WILL BE REMOVED. WE USE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY LIQUIDS TO CLEAN THE RUGS WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE FIBRES. THEREAFTER IF REQUIRED WE ADD ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY REPROOFING LIQUID TO COVER THE SUFACE AND FIBRES OF THE RUGS AND PREPARE IT AGAINST WIND & WEATHER AGAIN.

WHEN THE RUGS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CYCLE OF CLEANING THEY WILL BE PLACED IN OUR COMMERCIAL PROGRAMMABLE LARGE DRUM DRYER TO GENTLY TAKE THE MOISTURE OUT OF THE RUG AND SEAL THE REPROOFING SOLUTION ONTO THE FIBRES. THE MACHINE TAKES THE RUGS THROUGH A COOLING DOWN PROCESS SO NO CONDENSATION DEVELOPS .

WE THEN CHECK THE RUGS FOR  REPAIR REQUIREMENTS IF REQUESTED AND USING OUR INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE WILL REPAIR SEAMS, ADD PATCHES OR ADD HIGH VISIBILITY FABRIC.

FINALLY WE PACKAGE AND LABEL EACH RUG INDIVIDUALLY IN BIODEGRADABLE BAGS READY FOR YOU TO STORE OR USE.
